I feel downside of nifty is limited, it mat go down to 4680 level only. So, I recommend to buy the nifty future at current level. (4730-45). It can go up to 4800-4850-4900 level. Traders can book the profit at any level.

Nifty outlook

I think downtrend of the nifty may stop at this level or downtrend can end at 5050 level. From the level 5080-5050, nifty can go up to 5400. Short the nifty at this level is a best strategy. So, wait for the correct time to enter the market.

Outlook of Nifty and Tips

After the unpredictable moment of nifty for the past five days end now. I think we achieved first target today, for small investor can close the position now. Risk taking investor can book the profit at 5190. Nifty have some support at 5150, a fall below this level nifty may touch 5000 level.

Strong closing above 5285, indicate up move may resume and end at 5420 levels.

I feel nifty try to move the range 5250-5300. From 5300-5250, there may be correction. The correction may be due to hike of CRR (Cash Reserve Ratio) and the correction may end at 5100-5000. So traders can initiate short position, once nifty crosses 5250 level. Surely you can make huge amount of profit this time and you can book your profit at 5100 or 5000 level. As per technical Nifty now point towards its year high. I feel nifty can post another new year high, it may crosses 5250-5300 level. My long term view for Nifty is 5600 level. For short term perspective, there may be a minor correction at 5250-5300 level. So, traders can initiate short position at this level is suitable for gentle profit making opportunity.
